There is a 10% discount for the 2nd week if booking for 2 weeks during April and May.
A discount of £105 per week is applicable from September to end of November for couples only if booking before the end of July.
Long term lets are available.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Rental is from Saturday to Saturday.
- Arrival around 16:00 and departure by 10:00.
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.
- The balance is to be paid eight weeks prior to the holiday.
- There is a charge of £40 for towels, bed-linen and tea towels.
- Free bed-linen will be provided for June, July and August if the booking is confirmed and the deposit received by the end of May.
- A £150 security deposit is required; it is returned one week after departure.
- The rental price includes heating and lighting.
- Wood for Autumn and Winter breaks is provided at no additional cost.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited.
- We regret that we cannot accept pets.
