- Rental is from Saturday to Saturday.
- £150 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The balance to paid 8 weeks prior to holiday.
- It is returned one week after departure.
- The rental price includes heating and lighting.
- There is a charge of £35 for towels and bed-linen.
- Lettings are from 16:00 on the day of arrival to 10:00 on the day of departure.
- Wood for Autumn and Winter breaks is also provided and included in the price.
- Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the property.
- We regret that we cannot accept pets.
