Fully furnished and well-equipped, the cottage sleeps 2 – 4 people.
Downstairs

The entire floor in this area is tiled with the original tiles which still retain their beautiful old teracotta colour. The kitchen section of the room has a fridge/freezer, microwave oven, a gas hob plus a dining table with six chairs. The sitting area an open wood-burning fireplace complements a settee and two armchairs. Although you only need it in the winter - there is also electric central heating. There is also a coffee table and hi-fi/cd system. An old French dresser houses all the cutlery and crockery. This charming room has three windows which afford a view across the farm garden.

Upstairs
Restored original stair-treads lead to a spacious upper floor with all original beams.
There are two single beds, each with a bedside table, in a large area entered from the stairs, which could be used as another living/studio space as well as a bedroom. A door leads through to the next room double bedroom with double wardrobe, a chest of drawers, two chairs and plenty of storage space. Both rooms are fully carpeted and enjoy views of unspoilt idyllic countryside.

A cot and bedlinen are also available.
The cottage’s own secure garden catches the sun all day as you sit and watch a stream running along side the cottage. There is a large table, four chairs and an umbrella in the garden, as well as a barbeque. Ample parking is adjacent in the orchard.
